This project consisted of 40 new build apartments and 26 new build houses. The 40 apartments were served by a communal heating system with each apartment having its own Heat Interface Unit and a central plant room with gas boilers located in the basement. The 40 apartments alone housed 88 bathrooms. The 26 houses were all served by their own gas central heating system with a combination of wet underfloor heating system and radiators
